ADNOC and POSCO to explore producing of low-carbon Hydrogen

UAE’s ADNOC announces in a statement that the company will Conduct a joint study with POSCO, one of the world’s largest steel manufacturers, to explore producing low-carbon hydrogen for their operations.
The CO2 emitted during production could be captured and transported to Abu Dhabi or other locations suitable for permanent storage deep underground.
The statement mentioned that, with partners like POSCO, we’ll continue to build global clean hydrogen value chains in support of a just, equitable and orderly energy transition.
