Firms Signed Agreement for Ghubra Front Project in Oman

Oman’s Al Maha Petroleum Products Marketing Company and Saud Bahwan Group signed an agreement for the commercial investment project “Ghubra Front”, which will be built in Bawshar Heights in Al Ghubrah, and will extend over an area of 24,000 square meters, with a total cost of 5 million OMR.
The project consists of various commercial, recreational and service facilities that provide enriching experiences for the community and visitors, representing an important addition to the attractions in Muscat Governorate and in the Sultanate of Oman.
The project is designed in an architectural style that highlights the features of originality and is inspired by the nobility of the Omani heritage, and the “Ghubrah Front” consists of a cooled walkway, large green spaces, a children’s play area, a musical water fountain, shops for the most famous brands, restaurants, cafes, a gym, a health center, a supermarket, event halls and a smart business center, and the project also includes the largest car service center built according to the highest international standards, and the shops enjoy their spacious spaces and high-end designs and are located in Al Maha Station which will meet sustainability standards using sources Green energy.
The agreement was signed on behalf of Al Maha Petroleum Products Marketing Company by Eng. Hamad bin Salem Al Maghdari, CEO of Al Maha Petroleum Products Marketing Company, and by Saud Bahwan Group Sheikh Abdullah bin Mohammed Saud Al Mukhaini.
