Hassan Allam subsidiary awarded MEP Works Contract in AMAALA
24 January 2024Hassan Allam Holding announce that its subsidiary, Kortech, in joint venture with Sharqawi Company Electromechanical Contractor, has been awarded the mechanical and electrical (MEP) works for the Medical Wellness Resort located in AMAALA Triple Bay, Saudi Arabia.
The project’s scope of work covers complete the complete MEP scope for the 75-key hotel, 13 branded residences, and villas with a total built-up area of 175,000 square meters. From HVAC, Electrical, and Light Current Systems to Fire Fighting and fire alarm systems, our commitment to excellence is evident in every detail.
