CJIC won the bid for the Housing Development Project in Gaborone, Botswana

Recently, the Investment Company under the Botswana Civil Servants Pension Fund officially awarded CJIC the Housing Development Project in Gaborone.
The project is located in the central area of Gaborone, the capital of Botswana, with a total construction area of 11,262 square meters and a construction period of 14 months.The main construction content is to build 6 new three-storey apartment buildings and 9 single-family villas, as well as garbage rooms, security rooms, swimming pools and other auxiliary facilities, outdoor roads, parking lots, greening, fences and other supporting facilities.
The bid for this project will further consolidate the company's business share in the Botswana housing market and play a positive role in the development of subsequent projects.
