Al Sarooj awarded $392.6 million Diba-Lima-Khasab road Contract

Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology, Oman signed a project agreement for the design and implementation of Diba-Lima-Khasab road and the road link to Musandam Governorate’s Lima district.
The value of the project is more than OMR 151 million (USD 392.6 million).
The Project was awared to Al Sarooj Construction Company.
Project Scope of Work includes designing and constructing a 70-km road starting from the Wilayat of Diba to the Wilayat of Khasab, via Lima.
The agreement was signed by Eng. Said Hamoud Al Ma’awali, Minister of Transport, Communications and Information Technology, Ghazi Al Helou, executive member of Al Sarooj Construction company’s board.
The signing ceremony was attended by Sultan Salim Al Habsi, Minister of Finance, and Sayyid Ibrahim Said Al Busaidi, Governor of Musandam.
