Zamil awarded $153.3m Construction Contract

Zamil Steel Construction Company, a fully owned subsidiary of Zamil Industrial Investment Company, announced in a statement that it has signed a contract with SAMI LAND Services for the construction of an industrial complex that will develop, design, and manufacture land defense systems in Al-Kharj, Saudi Arabia.
The value of the contract is SAR 574,885,000.
The scope includes performing all required work for the construction of the manufacturing facilities, utility buildings, admin offices, and external areas, and includes structural, civil, finishing, and MEP works.
The company will supply its HVAC products and services, insulated panels, steel structures, and insulation materials. The duration of the contract is 16 months.
