Held early this November and broadcast throughout the organization, the event was attended by Chinese and Brazilian executives. During the ceremony, 20 Outstanding Employees who marked the company's first decade in Brazil were unveiled.

In 2023, CTG Brasil celebrates a decade of existence in Brazil. To commemorate this milestone, an internal ceremony was organized on November 8th for all the company's professionals. Held at the São Paulo office and broadcast virtually to the other facilities, the event was attended by our Chinese and Brazilian executives, who had the opportunity to share messages of thanks to the Organization's professionals.

Gao Peng, Chairman of CTG Brasil and Vice-President of CTGI, pointed out that although we have only been in Brazil for 10 years, we are already a national and international benchmark in clean energy generation. According to the executive, it is through the wisdom and intelligence of both China and Brazil that we have advanced towards new challenges and achievements, always guided by having a positive impact on society and people. "From the north to the south of Brazil, we are proud of our actions based on sustainability. We know that this is fundamental to contributing to the country's growth and to the Brazilian energy matrix. Over the last ten years, this has only been possible through the generation of clean, renewable energy, innovation and long-term investment”. Gao Peng took the opportunity to recognize, value and thank the collective efforts of all the professionals who have made and are making part of this history.

The ceremony included a retrospective of CTG Brasil's history, as well as announcements of the celebratory actions being organized and the announcement of the 20 Outstanding Employee winners - recognition that consists mainly of valuing professionals who have stood out, especially in terms of performance, competence and principles that adhere to CTG Brasil's purpose and values over the last ten years of the company's history.

Zhang Liyi, CEO of Brasil, took the opportunity to appreciate the collective effort of all the teams, thanked the founders of CTG Brasil for their countless contributions and stressed that the future of the Company will be even more promising, always guided by the generation of clean energy. "I'm very proud of the story we've written so far. I have no doubt that the next chapters of this story will further strengthen our commitment to the country and to the society. This is a very important milestone, and it was only possible thanks to each and every one of you," he said. Also, during the ceremony, the executive emphasized CTG Brasil's ten-year anniversary celebrations, especially the 1st CTG Brasil Soccer Championship. "I have no doubt that this will be a very positive action, reinforcing the intercultural aspect. What's more, I have no doubt that the best players are the Brazilians," he joked.
