Saudi’s Retal signs $200m infrastructure development agreement in Jubail

Retal Urban Development Company, Saudi Arabia signed a contract to develop primary and secondary infrastructure works in addition to design and construct 897 residential units in Jubail industrial city.
The total project estimated value is 1.2 billion Saudi riyals.
The contract came in line with property purchase contracts signed between Jubail & Yanbu Industrial Cities Services Company “JABEEN”and industrial companies operating in the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY) through their home ownership program.
The duration of the agreement is 40 months.
