Retal Urban Development Company, Saudi Arabia announces the signing of sub-development agreements to devlop 1169 residential units in Riyadh and Jeddah City.

The agrements was signed with National Housing Company, Saudi Arabia.

Jeddah: A total of 803 Residential Units in South Jeddah Project located in Jeddah with total land area of 209,482.36 square meters. The total estimated cost SR 635 million.

Riyadh: A total of 366 residential Units in zone 1 and 2 in Al Shafa Residential Land located in Riyadh with total land area of 133,933.81 square meters. The total estimated cost SR 290 million

The duration of the contract is 42 months.
