It will serve residents in the Spottiswoode Park area, existing commercial buildings, and future developments south of Keppel Road. The construction is carried out in close proximity to the former Tanjong Pagar Railway Station, which is a national monument.
C883 has achieved the Construction Safety Innovation Award 2021.
C882 & C883 developed a comprehensive Safety, Health and Environmental Management System (SHEMS) to effectively implement, control, and evaluate the SHE performance on site with timely reviews to adapt and improve on our safety culture. We have effectively raised our workforce’s safety culture through safety promotions, multiple WSH programs, and effective safety initiatives and innovations.
Strong management commitment and resources set towards Safety, Health, Environmental, and Well-Being objectives by means of our monthly senior management site audits, and sessions between the workforce and our management to facilitate effective two-way communication to raise concerns or to give feedback.
These accomplishments underscore the dedication of the Project Team, functional department support teams, Consultants, and Subcontractors. Together, we're establishing new standards in safety and construction, paving the way for a brighter future of success and growth!
