At 9:30 am on September 5, 2023, Iraqi local time, the Safety Production Commendation Event for ZPEC Rig 18 in Iraq’s Majnoon Oilfield was held grandly at the G18-1 Well site. The leaders of Party A highly praised the outstanding performance of ZPEC Rig 18 for its safety work and awarded the Team the highly acclaimed “Two-year LTI Free Milestone Award” certificate and prizes.

At the commendation site, acting Party A Anton Petroleum Safety Manager Cao Jun, Drilling and Workover Department Manager Peng Yao, and other leaders successively delivered speeches. They highly affirmed the dedication and hard work of ZPEC Rig 18 in safety management within one year and expressed their gratitude to all employees. They emphasized that ZPEC Rig 18, as a completion and workover team, actively cooperated and collaborated with all employees during various operation changes, and achieved good results in drilling safety and improving speed and efficiency. Subsequently, Cecil, the General Manager of Party A's Operation Team, made a concluding speech. He thanked ZPEC Rig 18 and ZPEC for their contribution to the development of the Majnoon Oil Area, and hoped that this team would achieve better results in the future.

Since the start of the first well on September 5, 2021, the construction performance of ZPEC Rig 18 has been the best among the six drilling and workover teams. They adhere to the concept of safety first and completed a total of 41 high quality wells in the second phase of the project. During the operation, it was praised and affirmed by Party A many times.
