ROSHN, Saudi Arabia announced in a statement that a SAR 7.7 billion agreement was signed between ROSHN  and China Harbor Engineering Company to construct residential villas in Riyadh.

The agreement was signed during the event, Cityscape Global.

As part of the agreement, China Harbor will construct the villa units at SEDRA and WAREFA developments in Riyadh, which are rapidly becoming the city’s most desirable new communities.
