Alfanar to invests SAR 10bn in NEOM’s Residential Communities Project
7 June 2023Alfanar announced in a statement that the company will invests SAR 10 billion in NEOM’s residential communities built using sustainable modular construction methods.
As part of the project, Alfanar will develop, construct, and operate:
- 5 residential communities
- Communities will cover an area of 4 million m²
- They will accommodate 50,000+ residents
The communities will leverage advanced building and maintenance technologies to increase sustainability and livability, including computerized waste management facilities, wastewater reuse solutions, and captive solar power generation facilities.
