CMEC signed EPC contract with MFMC for the Hankede integrated tourism project

Sinomach subsidiary China Machinery Engineering Corporation (CMEC) signed an EPC contract for the Hankede integrated tourism project with the Maldives National Fund Management Company (MFMC) on March 30. The project is located on Hankede Island in the southern Addu Atoll of the Maldives and includes the design, procurement, and construction of a comprehensive tourism resort on the island, with a total floor area of approximately 11.15 square kilometers.
This is the largest tourism project between China and the Maldives in recent years and will greatly promote the development of the Maldives' tourism industry. CMEC will continue to promote cooperation with the Maldives in the fields of tourism, power and new energy, making positive contributions to the friendship between China and the Maldives.
