4 April 2023
A joint venture real estate company Aldar Properties (60%) and state-owned Mubadala Investment Company (40%) have announced that a 37-storey office tower will be built on Abu Dhabi’s Al Maryah Island.
The LEED Gold certified tower will contain 63,000 sq m of leasable office space, a mixture of micro-office, multi-tenanted and single-tenanted floors.
Jassem Saleh Busaibe, Aldar Investment’s chief executive, said: “The project enables us to take the necessary steps to satisfy the current pent up demand, with plans for more to come.”
Construction on the tower is due to be completed in 2026. The property will be managed by Aldar Investment.
