Tender issued for US$327 million Residential PPP Project in Ireland

Belfast City Council has launched a tender to find a long-term partner for its residential-led regeneration PPP project in Belfast, Ireland.
The winning partner needs to provide 45,000 sq ft of commercial space aligned to the Inclusive Growth Strategy this can:
- facilitate cultural offerings;
- develop community infrastructure;
- facilitate traditional commercial amenities including independent traders;
- improve connectivity; and
- provide open and green spaces.
The aim of the Belfast City Centre Regeneration and Investment Strategy is to increase the residential population of the city center with an additional 66,000 residents and 30,000 homes.
The last date to submit the response is May 31, 2023.
