Saudi’s Makkah courthouse complex PPP project receives 64 EOIs

Saudi Arabia’s National Centre for Privatisation & PPP (NCP) and State Properties General Authority (SPGA) received 64 Expressions of Interest for Ministry of Justice Courthouse Complex in Al-Nassem district, Makkah City.
The project would be procured under a Design, Build, Finance, Maintain and Transfer (DBFMT) Public-Private Partnership (PPP) contract.
The EOI invite was issued last month, according to a Zawya Projects report. he deadline for EOI submission was 12 January 2023.

According to the Zawya Projects report, the project would be developed over 111,014 square metres (sqm) of land area and have a built-up area of 115,000 sqm.
It said the Request for Qualification (RFQ) tender is expected to be issued in the first quarter of 2023.
