Saudi’s Ladun Investment awarded $43.2m Housing Units Contract
9 January 2023Ladun Investment Company, Saudi Arabia announces the signing agreement to develop 260 housing units in partnership with private sector in Jizan city.
The value of signed contract is SAR 162 million.
The Project will be constructed with an area of 44,017.38 m.
The infrastructure and construction will be executed by Almanjoof contracting and maintenance Company using off-plan sales system model.
The duration of the contract is 30 months after starting execution work, statement mentioned.
