RFS launched for solar power project in India

The Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd. (MSEDCL) has invited RfS for procurement of a 550 MW (AC) solar power public-private partnership (PPP) project in Maharashtra, India.
The selected partner will be responsible for setting up the solar plant of awarded capacity, including design & engineering, manufacture/procurement, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning including warranty obligation with comprehensive operation and maintenance. Bidders must pay INR15000 (US$181) + 18% GST for the RFS document which is non-refundable. The EMD amount is INR1 lakh (US$1,207) per MW as per the tender specification. The Ceiling Tariff is INR3.20 (US$0.03) per unit.
The last date to submit the response is January 16, 2023.
