Combined Group Contracting Company, Kuwait announced in a statement that it has signed a new contract for the Construction of Hamad Commercial Center in Al Mirqab, Kuwait.

The value of the Contract is KWD 11.1 million.

Al Hamad Commercial Center is located in the heart of Kuwait City adjacent to Al-Awqaf Building. The center is envisioned as a mixed-use development intended to offer a comprehensive retail experience and modern office spaces within the commercial/industrial urban neighborhood.

The duration of the project is 22 months.
