8 December 2022Skanska invests DKK 529M, about SEK 780M, in a new multi-family residential project in Herlev, Denmark.
The project Hørkær Have covers over 22,700 square meters and comprises 264 apartments that will be leased during construction. The apartments vary from 2 to 5 rooms, with shared facilities, home offices and parking.
Hørkær Have is located in central Herlev, next to the coming Greater Copenhagen Light Rail train station. The project has a sustainable profile and will be certified with DGNB Gold.
The contractor is HHM A/S. Construction starts December 2022 and will be completed in 2025.
