Saudi’s Binyah awarded $99.7m Enabling works contract from Diriyah Gate
8 December 2022Saudi Real Estate Infrastructure Company (Binyah) a subsidiary of Saudi Real Estate Company (Al Akaria) announced in a statement that it has signed a contract to Execute the Enabling works DGII.
The value of signed contract is SAR 373.9 million (USD 99.7 million).
The contract was awarded by Diriyah Gate Company Limited, Saudi Arabia.
Project Scope of Works includes the Enabling works at DGII , where the project includes preparing the site, Earth works ( excavation, backfilling, land leveling) and Associated works.
The duration of the project is 548 Days.
