Masar Destination Signs agreement for Seven Hotel Towers in Makkah
31 October 2022Masar Destination, Saudi Arabia signs an agreement to develop and operate seven hotel towers with international operators to be established in Makkah.
The Hotel includes Hilton, Kempinski, Taj and Embassy international hotels with 2800 plus rooms. Two Five Star Hotel, 1 Four Star hotel, 3 three start hotel and one residential tower will be established as part of the agreement.
The total investment value is approximately USD 2 billion.
Saudi Arabian Baytur Construction Co. has been appointed as the main contractor for implementation of above project.
