Argentina to float a tender for bridge connecting Chaco Province and Corriente Province
2 October 2022
The tender process is due to commence for an important bridge project in Argentina. The new bridge will form part of a planned 74km link connecting Chaco Province and Corriente Province in Northern Argentina.
Building the new route is expected to cost US$827.2 million. The project is being overseen by the Argentinian Government. The work is expected to boost trade and transport between Argentina and Paraguay to the north, which shares a border with the two provinces. In addition, the project will also allow further development of the tourist trade in Corriente Province.
