Skanska wins $111m contract for mixed-use project in St Petersburg, Florida

Swedish contractor Skanska has landed a $111m contract to construct a mixed-use building in St Petersburg, Florida, on behalf of Marina Club Apartments.
The 400-unit complex will contain a two-storey podium parking garage, amenities deck, mixed-use space and first-floor retail space.
The eight-storey pre-cast concrete building will overlook Boca Ciega Bay on Florida’s west central coast.
Construction has begun and is due to be completed in December 2024.
