CSCEC ME has been awarded the Baniyas North Phase 3 Project from Aldar Properties with a contract value of AED 2.24 billion (equivalent to USD 612 million).

The project is located in Baniyas North, Abu Dhabi and the scope includes 800+ villas, infrastructure and streetscapes work.

Aldar Properties is a major developer in the Middle East which manages development of government capital projects in Abu Dhabi. The signing of the contract laid a solid foundation for further cooperation between CSCEC ME and Aldar Properties in the future.
