Banco Comercial Português’ €26 Million Galp Spanish PV Plant Financing

Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) has advised Banco Comercial Português (“Millennium bcp”) on the project financing of a 50 MW photovoltaic plant in Zaragoza, Spain. The bank acted as lender for a structured loan granted to the SPV that owns the plant, which is managed by Galp.
Galp is a leading integrated Portuguese energy company that develops profitable and sustainable businesses committed to net zero CO2 emissions by 2050.
